Shipping & Return Policy

We offer free shipping (up to $12.00) on all orders over $150.00 through USPS.  If you wish for expedited shipping, or your shipping fee is over $12.00, actual shipping costs will be added.

Our products may be returned within 30 days of original purchase provided they are unopened and in like-new condition, and store credit (gift card) will be issued less return shipping charges.  And remember, because they are offered at such a deep discount, Clearance items are final sale. Thank you for understanding!

Tracking Your Order

If you placed a custom order for a quilt or quilting service, an update will be sent to you, upon request, via email with a status report that includes pictures. 

Once completed, a tracking number for shipping will be forwarded to you.

If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the craftsmanship, please contact us, and we will make every effort to provide you with a product that you are completely satisfied with.

• If no resolution can be reached, we reserve the right to allow the return of the item and a credit, or refund, will be issued.

• Decisions regarding returns will be made on an individual basis. 

• Items that have been customized or monogrammed are not eligible for a full refund.
