We offer free shipping for all orders over $125.00. Shipping will be sent via the United States Parcel Service (USPS).

Expedited, or other options, will be assessed based on actual charges by the USPS.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

If you placed a custom order for a quilt or quilting service, a weekly update will be sent to you via email with a status report that includes pictures.

Once completed, a tracking number for shipping will be forwarded to you.

If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the craftsmanship, please contact us and we will make every effort to provide you with a product that you are completely satisfied with.

If no resolution can be reached, we reserve the right to allow the return of the item and a credit, or refund, will be issued.
