SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • We offer free shipping for all orders over $125.00. Shipping will be sent via the United States Parcel Service (USPS). 

  • Expedited, or other options, will be assessed based on actual charges by the USPS. 

  • Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.

 

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

  • If you placed a custom order for a quilt or quilting service, a weekly update will be sent to you via email with a status report that includes pictures. 

  • Once completed, a tracking number for shipping will be forwarded to you.

 

 

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

  • If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the craftsmanship, please contact us and we will make every effort to provide you with a product that you are completely satisfied with.

  • If no resolution can be reached, we reserve the right to allow the return of the item and a credit, or refund, will be issued.

  • Decisions regarding returns will be made on an individual basis. 

  • Items that have been customized or monogrammed are not elligble for a full refund.
